Make sure you got that carpet completely dry underneath as moisture might bring in mold in your apartment and if your apartment manager finds the carpet damaged or mold under the carpet during your move out inspection, they will charge you a lot of money to take care of it

You still need to have enough money for down payment, which is usually 20% of the total cost. 😊

Hey I just wanted to ask what softwares do we need to learn if we are applying in Construction management Firm for Job
It really depends on what kind of firm are you working for. If you are working for a general contractor then you would need revit, procore a bit of CAD. If you are working in their estimating department then you would need different softwares. Usually all the companies know that you just know the basics of it and they are happy to teach you more. If you are working for a sub contractor then it's a bit different. It depends on what kind of sub it is and then you learn softwares according to that.
