The song is about the rise of drug abuse in the city of Lagos Nigeria. The term science student is referring to the kids coming up with different mixing of drugs. In the song he's describing how people behave in the seen where they experiment drugs

This video talks about him being lured into taking drugs and drug abuse by youths but instead he and the rest of the youths broke out of it in full power to overcome drug abuse and its an encouragement to the youths in the nation. My description of this video is what it actually is , thanks.

Done with the East now to the West. Before you go all West, I'd like to recommend you react to Melanie by Sauti Sol and Patoranking. Sauti Sol are from Kenya (East), Patoranking is from Nigeria (West). Thank you for this reaction, I loved how you explained the video. Personally, I've never really understood Olamide.

its a house of hard drugs! he allowed himself to be led into a drug addict lifestyle. the truth is that he may not be able to leave that house alive!
Science student is a reference to chemists who concoct these drugs for human consumption.
Diamond platinumz is a rapper and was among the group of friends who abandoned Olamide at the drug house.

Lol...The science student you know is not the science student he was talking about. Here in Nigeria we refer to science student as people who take lots of drugs. Like the science student you know, they mix various chemical in the chemical lab. So Olamide was just trying to show how drugs has turned into science students mixing different drugs. And he was also trying to speak against it.
