Recently just found this group and now I'm going through the exact feeling I had being an la symphony fan back in the day. Man i miss that and these guys are doing it!!!!!!@@@
When I listened to this album the first go round I only loved half the songs so it was like a 7.5/10 for me. However, after the 2nd listen I switched to a 9/10. I was able to appreciate/ understand the unique production of the first half of the album better. This ends up tying upper hand for me, upper hand was more likable for me but this album makes up for that by being more unique/ memorable in comparison. Jon Keith’s recent solo album had the perfect blend of likability/ uniqueness for me so it’s a 10/10 for me but ye.
