Front 2. Side. And Videographer missed the total view angle of the movements while you are instructing Barbell Squats / Front squats / split lunges. If beginners / Intermediate would have followed this, they may miss correct formation while doing these exercises. Kindly, tell your videographers to pay attention about the showing complete view.
