Bro enaku romba naal ah oru doubt. Clg la en frnds la placement drive la some coaching institutes oda aptitude test attend panni select aananga. Then avanga ellarkum free coaching for 3-4 months tharom nu antha institutions la sollirukanga. Enaku ena doubt na how can they earn from giving free coaching using their resources for 3-4 months? Ithu oru individual na ok but grp of 20-25 students from multiple clg ku varum pothu huge amt la. Na antha test attend panni pass pannala but join panlam nu keta 40000rs solranga. Please neenga simple ah sollunga what is the business strategy behind this free coaching to students?
How to get interview scheduled or walkin interview irukku nu epdi find out pandrathu. Searched in nakuri can't find walkin interviews for front end developer.

From my point of view, Don't go for any Post Graduation degree, if you want learn the skills and to get a job you can do some courses. If you're willing to work as a Teacher or Lectures the PG degree can help you. Most of the companies expecting only the Bachelors degree as a fresher. If you done Master's degree, they says like you have over qualification.

1. I'm a Web developer with 6yrs exp. all this years I worked only on starups. At initial stage I'm not aware of EPF & FORM 16. till now I don't have that. Currently I'm looking for job change and my profile shortlisted for 1st level interview from LTI & Infosys, but they rejected my profile because I don't have EPF acct and Form 16. HR says without these we consider candidates as freelancer. so they not considered my experience. What should I do now ?
2. Many Companies rejecting my profile because of this reason.
3. I do have PaySlips, Offer letter and Experience certificate from previous companies.
