hello sir, thanks for uploading this video... it was of great help..because u ve mentioned each and every details which i dint got in any other videos... its a complete detailed tutorial good work... and keep it up... waiting for more videos on revits. thanks
Sir, For example in worksharing, building has 10 floor suppose if we create cable tray workset and conduit workset...if we click on cable tray workset and create cable tray on floor 2, can we use same cable tray workset to floor 3, 5 or we have to create seperate workset for each floor
Thank u i understood previous explanation....one more doubt.... User 1 modify some changes in floor no.3 & close the file... if user 2 open cental file and how user 2 come to know some changes happend in floor no.3.....please tell me this one doubt only
If user 1 do changes in floor number 3 and close the file without synchronising with central that means he did all changes only his local file and user 2 can’t see any changes.... but if user 1 synchronise his changes with central file and then closes his file then automatically all the changes will be updated in central file and user 2 can see it once he open the file ..... And if if user 2 is working on the central file at the same time when user 1 synchronised his file then the use 2 have to Do RELOAD LATEST short cut is RL and all the changes of user 1 will be visible to user 2 Hope it helped I do training on Revit, if you or any of your friends are interested then contact me on monimalikn73@gmail.com
Why do you save two times same project First one in central file folder secone one in user A as local file.....may i know difference between these two.......is only first one central file save enough na?
There are always two copies of a central file .... Copy 1 is The Central file which is always on the server and all the updates are saved in it simultaneously by all users whenever they press button of Synchronise with central Copy 2 It is the local copy which is saved in every user’s local drive of User A,B,C etc .... once u make changes or update then when you synchronise with central then all the changes of your local copes are saved in central file which others users who are working on the same central file can see it I hope it helped you understand... Please like the video, it really helps me and share with your friends
Thanks dear i am going to a complete tutorial series of an entire project from scratch to end ......... its under process.... stay tuned and share with your friends
First we have to make whole project as central file from that we have to change floor wise otherwise can we directly create floor 1 file as central file

Good explanation please could you tell me the difference of using centralize file and using link file.
First we have to make whole project as central file from that we have to change floor wise otherwise can we directly create floor 1 file as central file
Always we create a entire file as central not floor wise
