I used to work at a day care in the nursery. Me and another lady had 12 babies under a year old to take care of. We would always decorate for the holidays. For Christmas we would hang old Christmas cards from the sealing on strings over the beds so they could see them. We had some on the walls too. I love seeing cards. Thanks.

Nice weather here in ky 60s so was nice for Christmas but today's 60s as well (26th) we are enjoying it. Enjoying my birthday people think it's awful having my birthday so close to Christmas I actually love it. My parents ALWAYS made it a special day for me.

Christmas was a success for me, ended up making 4pans of lasagna,with Italian sausage and dinner rolls, I did homemade cookies but I didn’t do my cheesecakes, my brother offered to do dessert and got several pies, but yeaa it was a success, today I’m just resting, like my body is so sore lol ❤️😊🙏
Christmas cards are not as abundant as they once were. When I was a kid *everyone* sent Christmas cards- many with long letters recapping the year. It seems that each generation appreciates them less and less. I love getting them now and think about the countless hours my mom spent sending them every year.
I mostly get text Merry Xmas messages, but I got a card from my mum who forgot to put a lotto ticket inside card lol (we give one to each other each Xmas) and got a card from our insurance agent that's takes alot of our money 😭😂
