There's far less harm and negative effects when you segregate the sexes regarding work than forcing them to work together. If the solution is to treat every man as a potential rapist or see every woman as either flirty or an object, that won't solve the problem. Segregate the sexes. Production immediately improves. There's a reason the Marines do much better than any other branch regarding military, which is a good example.
