Delaware County, Pennsylvania Court Watch

On March 19, 2024, NSPO was in Delaware County in support of three frightened children to be taken to Turning Points "reunification camp" in NY - an unregulated costly program which uses unproven and questionable practices to force children to "reunify" with a parent with whom they resist contact, and frequently there are abuse allegations and/or evidence against that resistant parent. The judge in this case is Judge Stephanie Klein.
The mother's side in this case has never been heard.
The outcome of on March 19, 2024 was a stay on forcing the children to go to Turning Points. The children were sent to the paternal grandparents home instead.
