This is my first briyani attempt. Came out wonderful. I have a five liter cooker which could not hold 1kg rice and 1kg chicken. So I put 850g rice and 1kg chicken. Briyani came up to the brim of the cooker. Nonetheless, everyone loved it. Thank you for the fantastic recipe!

It's approximately 295 ml brother.We are using 1kg chicken and 1 kg rice for this amount of oil.So it should be fine .You always has option to reduce oil according to your taste. Also we will do these biriyani recipe on occasions (I mean not daily),so for taste we have added .

Enga biriyani vessel la 6 liters of water add panalam.(Measurement in litres) In other words Biriyani 1kg seiyalam.(Rice 1 kg and meat 1kg). Seinju parthutu feedback sollunga.Thanks.
For 1cup of rice the water should be 2 cups(1*2) .But already the gravy has approximately 1/4 cup of water as we added curd and other ingredients before. So you have to add 1 and 3/4 (means 1/4 cup less than 2 cups)cups of water.Please try and let us know the feedback.Thanks.

Seeraga samba rice - 1.5 kg
Biryani Masala Ingredients:
Cashew Nuts - 37.5 g (25 * 1.5)
Cardamom - 6 g (4 * 1.5)
Cloves - 3 g (2 * 1.5)
Stone flower (kalpasi) - 12 g (8 * 1.5)
Cinnamon - 3 g (2 * 1.5, 3-inch)
Bay leaves - 1.5 g (1 * 1.5, 3 count medium)
Star anise - 3 g (2 * 1.5, 3 count)
Nut mug powder (jathikai podi) - 1.5 g (1 * 1.5)
Ginger Garlic Paste Ingredients:
Small onion - 450 g (300 * 1.5)
Green chillies - 21 g (14 * 1.5)
Garlic - 120 g (80 * 1.5, Peeled weight)
Ginger - 60 g (40 * 1.5, Peeled weight)

It's approximately 295 ml brother.We are using 1kg chicken and 1 kg rice for this amount of oil.So it should be fine .You always has option to reduce oil according to your taste. Also we will do these biriyani recipe on occasions (I mean not daily),so for taste we have added .
