Tim walking through the door giving us a hello & welcome = some Mr Rogers vibes. If I was in a house with 43 other people I would need to Homer retreat into a shrub. 🤣
I swear, once Tim said “you stay right there, hold on” I knew there was a slide in that room 🤣 Loved the video! You guys show houses in a very fun way. you make us smile the whole time ♥️
I'm always so amazed by these houses! They are always so well themed and so HUGE! I can't imagine staying in a house that can sleep 44 people lol I don't even like 44 people haha.
This house is so cool! I love the flooring downstairs! They have a great designer with the furniture, accent walls, etc. Perhaps it's time I think about a staycation! 🤔☺️
Amazing house! Love the imagination they put into their themed rooms. Side note: I LOVE Jen's shirt!! I need to know where she got it! Love the sailboats!
“Troll king and queen” lol I can tell it’s been a while. It’s when the trolls misunderstood and were trying to marry Anna and Kristoff during the Fixer Upper scene/song. 😂❤
Tim and Jen, maybe you could pass this onto the Element people. Based on your review, we stayed in The Floridian house and LOVED it! One problem with these houses (and I've rented a bunch of houses in my time) is that there is little to NO storage for clothes in the themed bedrooms. Maybe that works if they are all kids (maybe clothes go in the parent's room), but we had adults in those multi-bunk bed rooms and there was nowhere to put clothes except on the floor. And when everyone brings in their luggage, there is little room on the floor. I wish they would address this in future homes they make. I did tell them, but I continue to see new Element homes with the same issue. I will say that Element Homes is a first class organization and I would not hesitate to rent from them again!
I wish they would have somewhere for your clothes in the themed rooms like the Jurassic Park room instead of trying to squeeze extra beds in there and not having any dressers or a closet… maybe that’s why there’s so much space in that laundry room on the second floor-for them to put all of their clothes 😅 otherwise, yes these houses are really amazing
As a child grows his characters and themes change as you know. My friend gets the large characters that you apply to the wall wherever. It just peels off without damaging paint or wallpaper. She went from Micky Mouse to Spiderman overnight 🌝👍 Amazon is great for it
I doubt they will say it but it runs about 1000 a night, and they have some restrictions on dates. I checked October and minimum days booked is 10....11k+ after tax and such
@davidmercer3691 potentially true thus making it more so manageable but that's for sure not a 44 person kitchen or shower home lol it would be rough coming home 😅 😬
Actually starts around $400. You must have been searching during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot which is, this year, during late October and does have a 10 night minimum 😎
Thanks for another great tour! I'd love to know where all these places get their furniture. I'm always seeing new inspirations from them, but basic searches don't turn up matches.
Love when the vacation homes try to over stuff a house to 44 people. First floor bunk room, 12 children - 1 small bathroom. Jurassic room 8 children - 1 small bathroom. Total of 11 bathrooms for 44 people, shower time after parks would be crazy. Kitchen seating for 18 - small sink and a single electric stove to service 44 people. Those 24 bunk beds can only be comfortable for children under 14 or so. Sometimes they over do it, might have beds for 44 but probably wouldn’t be comfortable over 30.
I know what you mean. Usually when they are that big with that many people they will have 2 of all the appliances in the kitchen. Try to fit 44 peoples food in one refrigerator.
It's definitely a theoretical number because every bed would have to have two people for 44. Even still 22+ people is still a lot. Maybe Floridian family reunions are just built different...
It's probably more practical for about 15 people or one person per bed. 44 people would mean about 3 people per bed, and it's obviously not setup that way. 44 is probably the fire limit for the number of people in the house at one time. The big advantage of a house like this over hotel rooms is that you would only need about 3 or 4 adult supervisors for 20 kids rather than one per room at a hotel. That would increase the number of people having to attend and basically require one family per hotel room or more.
I know this doesn't have to do with this video, but Jenn, or someone, can you please remind me of the name of the home vlog where you recommended novels you bought? I can't find it and I wanted to check them out now. Thanks for any help!

I love the plant painted walls. Surprisingly not too tacky looking (to me) like I've seen in the past. The artist definitely matters 😅
The sound Tim made when Jenn said you could use that chair to watch someone sleep 🤪😂
I swear, once Tim said “you stay right there, hold on” I knew there was a slide in that room 🤣 Loved the video! You guys show houses in a very fun way. you make us smile the whole time ♥️
Amazing! This vacation home is a dream come true for families!
My family and I love this resort everytime we come to Florida for vacation.
Wow!! That would be so fun with a large family vacation. Everyone pitching in, very doable👍🏼

I really liked the raptor room 🦖🦕
Wow that looks so awesome

Hello Trackers 😊 Hope everyone is having a good day!
AFTERNOON TRACKER GANG
I love these vacation home videos - can't wait to watch!
WOW 44 PEOPLE!
Amazing house! Love the imagination they put into their themed rooms. Side note: I LOVE Jen's shirt!! I need to know where she got it! Love the sailboats!
I love it! This is something to think about for my Retirement Celebration with my Ohana! Maybe not that big but wow! Thank you for sharing!
“Troll king and queen” lol I can tell it’s been a while. It’s when the trolls misunderstood and were trying to marry Anna and Kristoff during the Fixer Upper scene/song. 😂❤
looks like fun! happy cinco de mayo!

IMAGINATION STATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s a big house wow
Beautifully painted and themed.
44 people?? I don’t even know 10 people 😂
I love watching HGTimV
SO COOL ROOM STAR WARS
I love these house tours! Gives me ideas for vacation trips for larger family. So shocked how many bedrooms these places have.
Vacation homes give me an Idea for Me and my Family to stay at. I have a Few cousins that we are planning a Disney trip as our Kids get Older
Omg! Jackson would have lost his mind with the putt putt room. ⛳️🏌♂️🤯
I don't even know 44 people 😬
😂😂 Me either
Love 💗 the house Tim 🙌🏽🙌🏽
The laugh that escaped from me when Tim said you got boink it.
"I can't believe they bred raptors and then made them bunk beds". 😂😂😂😂
Love the 2 of you doing the video together!!!!! So fun!! “Out the door!!”
First one here, luv all your vlogs and family❤ thanks for great 😊 vlogs
Hi,Love the music 🎶🎶
Hi from Texas

I love the element vacation homes 🏡 too
🙌🥰🙌
Loved these themed vacation homes 🩷 xxx
Choosing a room would lead to a full day of arguments lol

Tim and Jenn’s. Version of cribs 😂😂😂😂

But you’d be splitting this most likely with at least one or two other families

10 days is not typical. Check some other dates. And compared to a hotel room in the any Disney resort, it's a steal!
Love the vacation homes thank you for sharing

Happy Half Way to Halloween 👻👻👻👻👻🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇

Bruh....do you think people who afford this on the regular even cook lololol

@@bigrob7531 There's plenty of space for their servants.
The first bedroom did have a closet in the bathroom- it's the door right next to where Tim thought the closet was, but turned out to be the toilet.
i come with a portable book light already, does the splunking room have a book light with it? or is there a light?
How is that not a small hotel?
I got a bit claustrophobic when he was going down the slide😂😂😂
I know this doesn't have to do with this video, but Jenn, or someone, can you please remind me of the name of the home vlog where you recommended novels you bought? I can't find it and I wanted to check them out now. Thanks for any help!
Happy Cinco De Mayo Day, Tracker Family!
While I love these homes, I do wish they’d have some smaller ones that are still a cool theme and stuff. Maybe for just like 12 people.
Lil Hoops: Tim’s Street Name.
I got a little claustrophobic watching Tim come down the yellow slide.
I was just waiting for Tim to get stuck in that slide, lol!
As cool as this house is, 44 seems like a stretch. Not unless a good chunk of the 44 are like 5 and under 😂
That first room looked like a sanitarium. They could spend a couple dollars to add some color or art in there.
No USB?
My heart stopped temporarily for a second when Tim said, " what if I get stuck?" Lol
i wish theyd theme the adult rooms that only have one bed
I don’t even work with 44 ppl let alone know enough ppl to fill that vacation home 🤣
😍😍😍
did anyone else count 14 rooms?
❤️
👍
Walk in toilet 😂😂
These big themed houses are interesting but not very practical. I guess it’s a thing in the Orlando area. 🤔
This was definitely the most boring one of these I've seen yet. It's Imagination Station because you have to imagine it's fun to be there, lol.
