Hey Beatriz, thanks for the helpful video. My main question when doing apartment hunting in Amsterdam is the amount of offers you can place at the same time. Say you did 2 viewings and wanted to maximize your chances of getting the apartment, can you make 2 offers at the same time? Because if I only can make one, and get rejected in few days time, the other one will most likely be gone at that point. How did you handled this situation?

Hi! A Recommendation Letter from a previous Portuguese Landlord (in Portugal) could also be something valuable or just Dutch landlords?
