Yung mga answers niyo sir will be helpful.
Kung may malapit, book agad for viewing. Between myself and my partner, siguro 15-20 apartments ang na-view namin and sa 2 lang kami natanggap. Make sure to inspect as early as 4 weeks before your current tenancy contract ends, para maraming options. Tapos during the inspection, wag pasok at labas lang. Good luck!
@@KuyaRap thanks sa insight mo sir! Another question sir if you don't mind. Kinelangan niyo ba mag rent bid or offer ng higher rent para makuha niyo yung dalawa or asking price lang mga yon? Thank you!!
Hehe di pa po kami kasal. She’s working in telecomms. Before moving here, sa Meralco po sya in Ortigas. Regarding cost of living, in the 2 years na nandito kami, ang bilis ng pagtaas ng grocery prices but the salary increases are NOT enough to outpace inflation. I think the story is pretty much the same in other states. Pero I’m not focusing on that, instead nagfofocus ako on what I can control: saving, reducing expenses, creating more sources of income, etc. In the first place, ang habol ko naman dito sa Australia is the improved quality of life. 🙂
