This was an excellent beginners routine. Very well guided for the beginners. I also learned how to step from video instruction. Never even took an actual class at a gym. I hope your beginners will keep at it. It's just starts to come together and gets easier each time, before you know it.
I am one of those who NEVER thought I could do step. You do an excellent job at breaking the various step movements down and make learning fun! I'm feeling pretty good about the first 3 weeks and just finished this mini combo twice. Did have a few slip-ups but will continue to practice.
I did fine and had fun! Your cues are such a huge help! I’m not tripping over my own feet…much! I did rewind and did the routine again as you suggested. Thanks for giving me the link to this mix. ❤️
I don't know how I ever missed any of his vertical classes but I have and I've been doing your workouts for I don't know how many years now. It kicked my butt. I got foot tied and whew. This woks totally different muscles. Ouch
