My 9-5 routines as a full-timer 🎀 productive & healthy habits, slow mornings, self care, cooking

This week has been an emotional rollercoaster but I'm finally at the finish line 😭 I'm trying to get back into my workout routine by going to gym and starting to take walks/run in the morning. It's been going well so far and I'm happy with my progress! I want to make an effort to be healthy, cook more, bake more bread (weekly!!) and stay as active as possible. This is basically me trying to become "THAT" girl this summer and hopefully for the rest of the year too 😌

Ciabatta recipe:
220 g bread flour
3 g dry yeast/instant yeast
4 g salt
150 ml warm water
20 ml olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together, no need to knead the dough. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 mins and then gently fold the edges of the dough. Let rest for another 30 mins and repeat the folding of the dough.
Start forming the dough into the shape you want with a generous amount of flour. Let the dough rest for another 10-15 mins while the oven's heating up (200 degrees Celsius). Bake the bread in the oven for 15-20 mins until golden.

My vlogs are a compilation of my life and to me, being productive is cooking work lunches, working out, cleaning etc. I make an effort to cook and eat balanced meals to stay healthy. My video is not a tutorial on how to do all those things, it's simply me showing you what I do. Don't you think being able to cook and eating good is a healthy habit? But I'm sorry that you didn't like the video!
