Jimin._. Britney they're both from the same region, Gyeongsangdo (which is in South West of Korea). Busan and Daegu are both in Gyeongsando province. Like in US there's east coast, west coast, but like each city has their own accent. I'm not entirely sure abt this comparison since I'm not from the US lol. Anyway, they speak the Gyeongsando dialect but there are slight differences in Busan (Jimin) and Daegu (Taehyung) satoori. Some words + intonation I think.
Vmin goals!! I came here for jimin's satoori but i fell in love with vmin's friendship!! I loved how they talked to eachother about a girl on the handphone even tho they were next to eachother.... im jealous! !!

First of all I'm Korean and I'll briefly explain the difference. Tone. Busan or, Gyeongsang dialect tends to have an ascending ending with a lot of bounces. Busan men tend to be more straightforward and aggressive if I were to generalize. But there are korean girls who prefers busan men because of this masculine feature. My dad is from the Gyeongsang province and I am absolutely sure that people from there are more cold and blunt haha. It's true to be honest. Jhope is from another region (Jeolla province) so it's again very different to gyeongsang (busan is in gyeongsang province) satoori. Peopl from Jeolla province are known to be very good at cooking, and the way they swear or cuss is on another level. WHY THE FLIPPITY FLAP IS BUSAN SATOORI SO DEEP?? IT GOES FREAKING 8 OCTAVES LOWER THAN USUAL PAAAAARRRRKKKK JIIIMMMMIIINNNN but srsly man I love it....
+Suck Jin It's basically the different dialects of Korea. When someone says "satoori" in general, it means that they speak differently from the standard Seoul dialect. Those that speak with satoori will have a prominent accent and replace certain words depending on where they're from. Most idols try to drop their satoori so they sound somehow cooler. Hope this helped! :)
+Suck Jin like mentioned by others, yea it's a dialect or accent of sorts. I am working in Korea right now, and my korean friend compared it somewhat like American vs. British English. British english is where the language originated from, and therefore has a more soft sound to it, where as american english can sometimes sound a lot more powerful/brash. British english is considered the "proper" english, whereas American english devoloped new words(slang). In this example, Seoul would be Britain, and Busan, America. However, the biggest difference is really just the intonation. Intonation is kind of like the pitch you use, or melodic rhythm of your speaking. So Seoul Korean, is more "monotone" or said mostly at one pitch, whereas Satoori, (especially Busan Satoori), is known for travelling up and down with their pitch more frequently. That, and shortening certain words.

I still don't know what Satoori is omg
dialect
Thanks yall for explaning the meaning to this pabo right here!!
