[Vlog] I worked hard for three consecutive days today, so as a reward for myself, I went to Yoshinoya to eat gyudon. It was so delicious!

Estoy comprobando que comer rico y abundante en Japón resulta muchísimo más barato que en España: aquí sería impensable conseguir un menú tan completo y sabroso como el tuyo!💸💸

No te preocupes por comer ramen a menudo: la pasta(sobretodo si gastas mucha energía,como tú),junto con caldo,muchas verduras, y proteínas buenas(huevo,carne,pescado...) es un plato nutritivo y sano.
Y sí: es una buena idea aumentar tu tiempo de sueño(lo recomendable es dedicar de 7 a 9 horas cada día en reponer el cuerpo y el cerebro con un descanso de calidad.
Emocionada y feliz después de disfrutar contigo tu mañana afortunada😊😆
