Excellent ! Thank you so much Susan ! This will be really helpful for my restricted right ankle and lower leg ! I can hardly slide my right foot outwards or raise on the ball of the foot ( toes are gripping ) I will try to release my fibula bone and do these movements throughly the day I have also noticed I hyperextend my knees
