@@agridley1116 it would be the same thing, but instead of having times one in the last slot, you have times two. then you just continue counting down from 5 or however many are left. it affects how many options there are, but doesn't affect the rest of the question much. sorry if this didn't help, its late on a weekday so my brains being a little funky haha
@@1stClassMaths Ohhh haha yeah thank you. I’m doing a level and a level further and I still never fully got my head round this topic even though it’s really simple 🤦♂️
zero can be used for the second and third digits but not the first, so it increases to 10 possible digits. for example 100 is a 3 digit number with zeros, but if zero was the first digit: 010 this would only be a 2 digit number, hope this helps :)
8:53 copy and paste error! It should say 72 and not 48!
Something i’ve found a lot that isn’t in this is like the 2nd to last example, but with e.g, 2 even numbers. What should be done in this instance.

At 6:06 shouldn’t it be 119 because the 120 includes 700 and the question asks for the amount that are less than 700 ? Or am I missing something haha
We didn’t include 7 in the first digit 🙂

Why do you have 9 numbers then 10 like why did u change it from 1-9 to 0-9 it makes no sense
