Nah... she´s WAY too cheap. It seems that her weakness are that she never blocks and that she doesn´t have high defense against specials , I suppose? Even so, she almost never let any opening for landing an attack or special.
Well she does have ways that leaves her open like if see salamnders (fire super) you're able to jump and air dash towards her for a big punish, and when she's in the crystal healing super you're able to get a free launcher on her and get an unblockable with certain Arcanas (big dmg), and her water super if blocked right you're able to punish tht as well with a simple abc into super combo, most of her supers and air normals are really punishable on reaction.
+Mistress Kixen That's cause she IS the exact same boss from Arcana Heart 2 (JP). Just nerfed in some aspects (she's doesn't have any of her one-hit-K.O. attacks), but all the more infuriating.

***** I just wanted to point out that this could actually be harder. I play a lot of fighting games and I am really good at them. I can beat Capcom vs SNK 2 on the hardest difficulty including Shin Akuma and God Rugal but I couldn't beat Parace in Arcana Heart 3 on hardest difficulty.

She's cheap but isn't like unbeatable
