Im clean for some months now but we should remember that Recovery and Relapse go hand in hand, so we should be very careful. I pray for all who is struggling with addiction like me. God loves us all. Once you get addicted to drinking alcohol, it's really difficult to give up. You may stop drinking for a few months/few years but you will start drinking again if you don't have a very strong will. NB:- It's better not to drink alcohol from the beginning itself. Once, you start it; there is no ending.

There is nothing impossible in God's hands if you committed to him..this is my testimony I was into alcohol and drugs for many years but today God set me free from all sinful nature and bad habits..even if you relapse you will rise again for His spirit will lead you and uphold you.Just surrender everything to Jesus..you will never be the same again. 🙏

Nothing is easy in "THIS WORLD" get up, wake up, start starving for change, stop waiting for change, it only leads to depression. If u have dedication in anything u can stop. I was drunker for 12 years now I've gave up this foolish act of mine. I woke up, I've started reading Bible( i forced myself). Now I'm a DSP. All the best folks. Remember "DEDICATION"

For anyone reading this, let me warn you... I have been chewing Shikhar and Talab for some 4-5 years. Faced some stiffness in mouth and checked up to find out I have ORAL SUBMUCOUS FIBROSIS. Thank God, it is on initial stage and I am undergoing treatment now. Please fellow gutkha chewers, stop it while you still can. God bless

More rehan should come up, depressio is real and some get caught up in substance abise unable to cope up with their mental health as we see in that 14 years sister. They need love, encouragement and acceptance.

First go for checkup n know it urself the result, 2nd quit completely tobacco n smoke both since if u take one u'll continue again for sure, I smoke for more than 15 yrs n know the result( lung effect) when I was in college days 2019 so i quit it too. That's my experience n opinion.
