They did tweak the steering wheel and the whole interior with some exterior stuff too like grille and headlights for the ‘25MY refresh, at least for Korea and US Markets.
@ Our other car is a seat Leon fr, had it 5 years. 65 reg 2.0 diesel 20 quid road tax 560 miles on a tank of fuel. Can’t go wrong with Seat in my personal experience 👍 Brilliant video on the genesis btw 📹👍
2:48 Watching the pickles putting their feet everywhere and making shoe marks on the car leather takes me back to when I was viewing a BMW with my then 2-year-old daughter. It had cream leather and my daughter was clambering all over only for the seller to say could I please not have my daughter climb all over the car. Suffice to say I didn't buy the car😅
Don't get this it's fine being a petrol head but let's be frank once a family comes along, what's the point, first you live in a major urban area so i suspect you rarely get above 30, then open road you can't go above 70. So all this is a little pointless, in trying to get a high performance on a budget. It simply makes no sense. You would do all your family a favour and buy a decent transporter caravelle. And still go about in luxury with shed loads of space.
Your mate Jayemm told me off for criticising you, oops I apologise, but you have a great channel, but 2 things, your upward infection and the use of pickles is rather annoying.. Just saying..
These have been out for years in North America. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this as a long term vehicle. 4 cylinders in a massive vehicle. Hyundai don’t have great reliability in recent times and having driven other Hyundai 4 cylinder SUVs recently, they sounded like a bag of nails. Definitely style over substance. As a lease that you’re going to give back in a couple of years, it’s fine.
It’s not about the performance of a 4 cylinder compared to a 6 cylinder, it’s about the delivery and refinement. I wouldn’t want any car with a 4 cylinder engine.
Yeah like I said in the video, feels like you’re straining the engine when pressing on. It’s a big vehicle for a 4 pot but when buying new and moving on I guess it doesn’t matter
@dadcars sorry if it sounded critical Me family r as well 6 figures Im the youngest from big sis(R.I.P) 2 other big brothers I grew up in the 80's 90's (born 1986) Minivans werent popular if even produced or invented! So… is this to Hyundai, what Infiniti is to Nissan and Lexus to Toyota?
Yes
👍😊
Exactly... or Audi to Volkswagen

That actually looks good for an SUV Ben. 1000 subs a week mate, keep that up and you’ll soon be at 100000
Thanks man :)
Have you done a video on a seat Tarraco? Me and my family have had one for a year and half (one 3 year old and 1 year old twins) and we love it
No I haven’t buy my first car was a Seat Ibiza 😊

16:34 bless you!!!
😂👏
@dadcars really enjoying your work Sir Dadcar, long may you rein
Try the Genesis G70 its an amazing car, based on the Kia Stinger. Unfortunately in the UK we don't get the 3.3 twin turbo variant
I’d love to
Nice subtle Shedfest 25 advert in there mate!😂😂. The Pickles are utter stars mate lol 😂 wish my two were so good in cars lol.
I can’t wait for Goodwood!!! 🙌🙌🙌 Dadcars Family Zone is going to be epic!
@ try to get there this year!🤣✌️. Hope you got a coupe sorted to review…if not I’ll drive one of mine to Shedfest for you lol

I always make sure they are respectful but shoes on the seat backs is inevitable :)
A very reasonable request.
@mynameIan Indeed, IF she was making marks , which she wasn't, and IF I was asked politely, which I wasn't.
I think I prefer Genesis the band over Genesis the brand.
🙈… I didn’t get the brand before I had this but honestly the interior is so nice 👌😎
I thought it was a Bentley at first and thought why can’t you afford an Aston when you got a Bentley parked there 😂😂
😂👏👏
Oh dear, the Aston customer expects more cylinders than 4
I d prefer a Q7 tbh
3 isofix in the second row 👍
Get one of those cheap 2016 Bentaygas!
Still way above my budget 😅 need them to come way down
😊
Back on top 👏
Front looks awfull
Heavy Depreciation?
Maintenance ?
Parts?
But unique is cool
Won’t be any maintenance or parts on a new one. Has a 5 year warranty but depreciation for sure
@dadcarsdepreciation makes this a potential great buy for someone in three years.
You wouldn't place a baby seat in the rear of this car as they're too far away when they require attention.
High back booster seats for children up to 12 years old are isofix these days
The problem with lookie-likey badges is that it makes it seem like a chineese knockie-offie
South Korea when it comes to cars is cooler than China IMO

I’ve got a video coming out soon with a special MPV where I talk about the reasons families buy SUVs these days 👍

it just looks so bland.
99% or SUVs do 🤷♂️

More L405 videos coming soon :)
I’d get a second hand Range Rover .
I did 🤷♂️
Yep and a good choice my friend a lot of car you got for that money now days
I think they’re more or less broke, like their mothership Nissan
I think most brands are struggling in this mad time we live in…
I think, the parent company is Hyundai, and from what I can see, they seem to be doing quite well.
