Nobu, Shun, Poko, Kouji san, you all look very handsome in baju melayu😃 I'm so glad that you had a wonderful time at a Malay wedding ceremony in Malaysia🥰
Poko looks so smol in the Baju Melayu 🤭 Jom belajar tentang Malaysia sikit! Ikimasho! Air sirap - Pandan flavoured drink with red/rose colouring Tapai - Slightly fermented glutinous rice (the one wrapped in green leaf) Agar-agar - the yellow/orange one (have multiple kinds of flavour according to taste) Red cake - I think this is red velvet cake maybe Marhaban- literally means welcome. In Malaysia, it usually is used for the prayers sang to welcome the newborn/to welcome the month of Ramadhan (the ladies are actually singing some prayers) Why kambing - if the kambing is for aqiqah (marhaban), it is a based on religious sunnah. Meaning it is a preferred way of celebrating the newborn by giving lamb/muttons to your family/friends/poorer people. Kambing golek - roasted lamb (golek is the style of cooking on a spit, the stick) Selamat datang ke Malaysia 🇲🇾 💕
Actually the marhaban ceremony is known as akikah/cukur jambul. Marhaban is one part of the ceremony (8:01) where there is a group of people reciting good prayers for newborn baby.

Jom belajar tentang Malaysia sikit! Ikimasho!
Air sirap - Pandan flavoured drink with red/rose colouring
Tapai - Slightly fermented glutinous rice (the one wrapped in green leaf)
Agar-agar - the yellow/orange one (have multiple kinds of flavour according to taste)
Red cake - I think this is red velvet cake maybe
Marhaban- literally means welcome. In Malaysia, it usually is used for the prayers sang to welcome the newborn/to welcome the month of Ramadhan (the ladies are actually singing some prayers)
Why kambing - if the kambing is for aqiqah (marhaban), it is a based on religious sunnah. Meaning it is a preferred way of celebrating the newborn by giving lamb/muttons to your family/friends/poorer people.
Kambing golek - roasted lamb (golek is the style of cooking on a spit, the stick)
Selamat datang ke Malaysia 🇲🇾 💕
smol 😁
Nobu tinggal la dekat Malaysia sampai raya!! Buat banyak-banyak video wktu puasa&raya dkt sini.
Actually the marhaban ceremony is known as akikah/cukur jambul. Marhaban is one part of the ceremony (8:01) where there is a group of people reciting good prayers for newborn baby.
The Barumahu/ Maubaru/ Jalu jalu killed me when you revealed it was Marhaban. WKKWKWKKWKWKKWKW love your vid tho
when Nobu's video is in my youtube notification, I'm excited to see it! I hope Nobu, Shun, Poko stays in Malaysia for a long time until Aidilfitri! 😁😅😇
Kalau boleh nobu, shun, poko dan kouji tinggal la Malaysia sampai bulan puasa ni. Lagi best kalau korang stay Malaysia sampai raya😗
Yessss, hensem semua 🥰
Thank you!!!
Hazirah & fam were such a good host! Glad you enjoyed the Majlis Cukur jambul and Majis Bersanding.
Tq for being good host to our Japanese friends
Hazirah is very kind to invite them and even make them baju melayu! Shun and Kouji got the perfect size and well fitting baju melayu, Nobu got the very nice color one and Poko got the fancy one with sulaman, although the size seems a bit big for Poko. You guys look so kacak in baju melayu! I looove wedding food, it's free and delicious 😋 this can be considered as a fancy wedding. Selamat Pengantin Baru to the married couple!
