Flat prot shred effects like guan 3 work better with flat pen since it basically just adds up, whereas percent pen actually loses a bit of value (but is still worth getting regardless)
As a TH-cam enjoyer for over 12 years I always got very annoyed by people having unnecessary stuff that’s not the gameplay. For maybe like new tech stuff for a specific rundown of build paths or bans I can see it so I’ll think about it in that respect. What would you want to see from an outro?
