Depends on the Set List. If he performs it at the end of the Concert I totally agree wit the fact that he is out of breath and barely dances. But I woudn't say that he can't hit the notes. If Usher only perfoms this song or if he is doing it at the beginning of the concert it blows your mind! Jay Park is really doing great job here, for sure. But he isn't better than Usher himself.
