To answer myself: Le New Grand is actually identical with „Le Grand Cling“. A little confusing anyway… but a very beautiful lighter that I own myself since yesterday 🤑😎

Does the torch activate if it's too windy for the soft flame to light up?
I have this lighter. The soft flame must be lit in order for the torch to ignite.
To activate just the touch push up on the striker before you strike. That will ignite the torch first.
It's not Cling, it's Ping.
