What's better than Sarah reviewing a car? Easy: Sarah reviewing an Alfa Romeo. The Giulia is the definition of why we can't have nice things. Spent some of my teenage years in Europe and learned to drive in my dad's 1977 Alfetta 1.8, so I have a super soft spot for Alfas. Manual long has gone in Europe as well... :( Actually only the first 2 years was in offer and only for the base petrol model with 200HP and rear wheel drive and for the QV. The Veloce never been offered with a manual. Only 829 QVs had been ordered with the manual so they dropped from the production. Nowadays it means a 10' Euro premium on the used market.
We own a 2017 Guilia 2.0t q4 and got it cheap compared to its original msrp and it is unbelievable car and has been zuper reliable too. Averaging over 30 mpg, very quick car for a daily driver/commuter car. Biggest downside is not a lot of storage cubbies or nooks in it. But that's what the back seats for I guess, great car, been very happy with ours.
I have a Stelvio Quadrifoglio. I had it for 4 years and no intention to sell it. The most reliable car I had in my life (previous cars 90% Mercedes & Porsche 911 all the way to Turbo that I still have). The Quadrifoglio rips the asphalt
On a different note, I did order a Lexus IS500 and didn’t consider a @BMWUSA cause they insist on not sending you ‘presser’ vehicles. A first Gen Gerrman n this wonderful Country too 😊🇺🇸💪🏻
The most underrated car IN HISTORY! Such a shame Alfa's undeserved reputation and their small dealer network limited sales. These will be much loved and collected like many other Alfas.
Have driven the quadrifolio as it's an absolute joy. The steering feel is so direct and full of feedback. The RWD is a hoot with easy drift on demand 😊
Great review Sarah! 👍 I'm so glad Alfa are still making cars with soul! Have great memories of owning an Alfa Sud QV, back in mid 80's - it was small and didn't have much power but it was packed with character, whereas a lot of modern cars with 4,5,600hp have none.
Firstly, I love your reaction when you do the brake tests. It's like your expecting all the air in your lungs is going to be sucked out. As for the machine I love what Alfa has done. I have a '21 Stelvio Q4 and I'm stunned by the tech, performance, and aesthetics of the car. There's more hidden tech in this machine than most people now. Except for the passenger cage being high strength steel, all the body panels surround are aluminum. The engine is a tech marvel as you pointed out and the performance is way more than adequate. The 2024 Giulia Quad be it's last production year while the Stelvio Quad will continue. These Alfa models are spectacular being almost a perfect mechanical and styling exercise. I'd buy one in every color if I had the $$$$$$. Keep up the excellent work here for us.👍👏

5. manual would be sweet imo
Love the design and the color. Thank you as always, Sarah. 👍👍👍
I have a Stelvio Quadrifoglio. I had it for 4 years and no intention to sell it. The most reliable car I had in my life (previous cars 90% Mercedes & Porsche 911 all the way to Turbo that I still have). The Quadrifoglio rips the asphalt
Beauty review Sarah, keep em coming!
Buongiorno bella macchina e bellissima signora.
Recensione fantastica!
Looking forward to Señor Dos.
Have driven the quadrifolio as it's an absolute joy. The steering feel is so direct and full of feedback. The RWD is a hoot with easy drift on demand 😊
Excellent car and review 👍🏻👍🏻😍
Great review Sarah! 👍
I'm so glad Alfa are still making cars with soul! Have great memories of owning an Alfa Sud QV, back in mid 80's - it was small and didn't have much power but it was packed with character, whereas a lot of modern cars with 4,5,600hp have none.
Perfect timing. Just starting my lunch break. 👍😘🏴
Keep up the excellent work here for us.👍👏
I've owned 2 Alfa's.....so according to Jezza I'm a true petrolhead 🎉🫂
As an owner of 2022 Giulia QV in Rosso Etna your analysis was spot on. If you were in Germany I would give you my car for a review.
Definitely underrated!
Great segment. Your review of the Alfa answered a few questions others did not address for my needs. Keep up the great work!
I knew nothing of these cars until the movie 6Underground
Omg this review is amazing.. I have never seen such detailed review till now. All the very best Sarah.
