I dont know about Epica being "Gothic", but she definitely must try them. She likes quantum physics and buddhism judging by her interviews and since Quantum Enigma (even partly in DYU) Epica has a lot of songs on this topics with mixing them together. For me they are best symphonic metal band nowadays.

good surprise to see "underground" acts with soul on top 6, Go_A is amazing and feral and fast paced and a total class act. Daði & Gagnamagnið was so fun and well done as well, the Rock was strong with Finland/Italy, even the 2 french songs were nice and soulfull for their styles... All the good stuff to get out of quarantine... Also cheers up for Gojira !
