I think it was more of a yellow undertone because I think it is the same shade as my maybelline 102 fair porcelain Ive only used it like 2 times so far no issues with the color really. Yeah I would say warmer but I am not positive.

Yessss I've been DYING to see more reviews of this! I just bought it a few weeks ago, and I've been really liking it on my combo/oily skin. For a dewy foundation, it's surprisingly flattering on me, even when I start to get slick. I'm also in M1 and it's a nearly perfect match, which is rare for me. I'm a little worried about how it'll hold up on my skin in the Florida summers, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

I think my favorite thing I’ve learned from Taylor over the years is that just because a foundation doesn’t look exactly like your shade match when you pump it out, it doesn’t mean it can’t work for you. Sometimes foundations need time to warm up to your skin, and using different powders and setting sprays can really alter the way it colors and sits on your face. Never would have known that had I not watched your videos. Thank you for educating me!
Thank you so much for doing this series. I have tried so many foundations, to no avail. Of course not as many as you, but sometimes it feels like it. I was almost settled on fenty beauty because the neutral shade 190 was really good but then I watched this video. I've watched quite a few of your foundation reviews and something about your reaction made me say "screw it, I'm trying this one." I am SO glad that I did. It's awesome so far. No sensitivities, no pimples, no oil slick at the end of the day (a miracle on a hot rainy day in florida!) I SET my T zone with it cosmetics powder and voila, best my skin has looked in forever! It's super light and doesn't make my pores or wrinkles look worse, which most others do. Sorry for the lengthy comment, but seriously, I can't thank you enough. I would have totally overlooked this foundation otherwise!

I'm struggling with extremely dry undereyes that always either crease or turn into a crepey mess and my normal moisturizers aren't getting the job done. I can barely ever tell when foundation looks bad on you, but I can always tell when it looks good. I would definitely get this one and use my foundation lightener to make it match. P.S. I hope this dewy/hydrating foundation and/or concealer trend continues into more makeup products and brands, as someone with insanely dry skin, especially around the eyes (my concealer will look like it's creasing, and clumping when in fact it's just attaching itself to all of the dry, flaking skin around my eyes) I really want more of those kinds of products. I like the matte finish, but it doesn't like me.
I have combo skin, and I’ve always used matte foundations just because I have a really oily t-zone. Was always afraid to try luminous foundations, but I bought this foundation because it looks super nice on you. I love it!! Looks super nice on my forehead (I exfoliate before I put on makeup, but my forehead always looks dry with matte foundations) and it didn’t get cakey around my nose, and when I contoured my nose the foundation didn’t rub off like it usually does. I’m so impressed 😍
I LOVE this foundation too!❤ I'm more of a tinted moisturizer girl, so I typically mix it with oil &/or a tinted moisturizer, but I think it's beautiful & it doesn't look "makeuppy" either. I also love the concealer. It's sooo full coverage without being drying. I've been wondering why no one was really talking about either of them. 🤔

Out of all of the foundations I have tried out there, this is by far the most natural, dewy, flawless/soft focus one for my skin. It feels moisturizing too. Thank you for the recommendation! DEFINITELY hope they come out with more shades because like you said, it’s doable, but off.
This Flower Beauty foundation looks a lot like the LA Girl hi def one and I’m into it! I may have to try the Healthy Elixir one as well, but I know it’s too dark for me. Could someone who would know tell me if the Healthy Elixir would mix well with the LA Girl white mixer? I assume they would because of their formulas, but ya never know! Rachel Marks yes!! I mixed the two today and it’s amazing! It sat really well on my skin. But nothing compares to the flower beauty one. I have barely put it down for two weeks and I never wear the same foundations 2 days in a row usually.
I'm so excited that you chose this one! I am 32 years old, with fair skin and have small bumps on my chin all the time but have combo/dry skin.. I just wish they could come out with a few more shades n I would be more comfortable buying this!!
I actually found that this was one of the few foundations that I didn’t have to set much. Compared to some of my others. That’s what sold me. It’s so smoothing too!
I agree, since in general if you use a concealer too many shades lighter, it actually won't cover and cancel under eye darkness and shadows - it just makes it look ashy. Too many YTers go too light and then say the concealer's no good when that's not the problem at all, or they slather it on with a trowel to get coverage (yuk). Then they get that weird siper-pale undereye block of colour which is nowhere near the colour of the rest of their complexions and so look like they've been tanning with sunglasses or a blindfold on - a very strange and unnatural look.
This foundation made your skin look soooo good! Ive been hesitant to try anything from flower beauty but after seeing how beautiful this foundation looks on you, i am definitely gonna give it a go!
The found looked beautiful yet, the color. I knew it was going to be off. Why is it so hard for makeup companies to make a true pale shade? I must say the concealer is way to yellow and dark. MzClementine It is frustrating and confusing that soooo many brands can't seem to get shades light enough or dark enough. You'd think they'd have to have super light and super dark pigments in order to make all the other shades.
I'm so glad you said something about how it would look on mature skin. I'm 43 and can't use the tarts shape tape because it creases on me. I need something more moisturizing and this looks like a winner

jaxley seriously I second this I'm on the struggle I have tried so many eye creams and my poor undereyes have not truly benefitted from any of them 😢

I have combo skin, and I’ve always used matte foundations just because I have a really oily t-zone. Was always afraid to try luminous foundations, but I bought this foundation because it looks super nice on you. I love it!! Looks super nice on my forehead (I exfoliate before I put on makeup, but my forehead always looks dry with matte foundations) and it didn’t get cakey around my nose, and when I contoured my nose the foundation didn’t rub off like it usually does. I’m so impressed 😍

I LOVE this foundation too!❤ I'm more of a tinted moisturizer girl, so I typically mix it with oil &/or a tinted moisturizer, but I think it's beautiful & it doesn't look "makeuppy" either. I also love the concealer. It's sooo full coverage without being drying. I've been wondering why no one was really talking about either of them. 🤔

Out of all of the foundations I have tried out there, this is by far the most natural, dewy, flawless/soft focus one for my skin. It feels moisturizing too. Thank you for the recommendation! DEFINITELY hope they come out with more shades because like you said, it’s doable, but off.
This Flower Beauty foundation looks a lot like the LA Girl hi def one and I’m into it! I may have to try the Healthy Elixir one as well, but I know it’s too dark for me. Could someone who would know tell me if the Healthy Elixir would mix well with the LA Girl white mixer? I assume they would because of their formulas, but ya never know!

Rachel Marks yes!! I mixed the two today and it’s amazing! It sat really well on my skin. But nothing compares to the flower beauty one. I have barely put it down for two weeks and I never wear the same foundations 2 days in a row usually.

I actually found that this was one of the few foundations that I didn’t have to set much. Compared to some of my others. That’s what sold me. It’s so smoothing too!

Concealer the same shade or barely a shade light looks so much better on you! The too light concealer under eyes look sooooo weird and jarring
I agree, since in general if you use a concealer too many shades lighter, it actually won't cover and cancel under eye darkness and shadows - it just makes it look ashy. Too many YTers go too light and then say the concealer's no good when that's not the problem at all, or they slather it on with a trowel to get coverage (yuk). Then they get that weird siper-pale undereye block of colour which is nowhere near the colour of the rest of their complexions and so look like they've been tanning with sunglasses or a blindfold on - a very strange and unnatural look.

The found looked beautiful yet, the color. I knew it was going to be off. Why is it so hard for makeup companies to make a true pale shade? I must say the concealer is way to yellow and dark. And yet again, troubles with shades.

MzClementine It is frustrating and confusing that soooo many brands can't seem to get shades light enough or dark enough. You'd think they'd have to have super light and super dark pigments in order to make all the other shades.
