belial needs omen cancels to not die to 50% or else sak a player to it (though you have upwards of 80k hp with this so would take 9 stacks to die to really die to it), also to not proc agnosis after 50% by delay cancelling, you kind of need quatre/shalem/typhon to help with that. beelz has lang field at 50% to cancel. otherwise both fights can be abused this way, much like how dark abuses fediel.
