I don't know anything about Hypmic except Samatoki sharing a seiyuu with Leo, Subaro shares a seiyuu with Aira and the existence of Ramuda so I have no idea what is happening all I know is that I love this (especially the explosions). And my brother watched this video with me now he thinks this is rhythm game Jojo.

Come to think of it, they also have something that did remind me of the Five Eccentrics but gotten screwed up badly. They're in a some kind of world ruled by a certain party constituting of women only. There was the development of those mics that are used for battles and if you want to fight, you need to be like good at rapping to defeat your opponents and (make solid points in dissing) as you can see. In the anime at least, they adapted the first part of the main story (analogy is like how only ! stories in enstars are in the anime). They also have other characters that aren't shown in the anime, the DJs for example, that are kinda as important as producers are in enstars. Also did you know that Jyuto (police) and Rio (military dude) share the same VAs as Akiomi's and Juri's respectively
1:17 cracked me up, goddammit poor Ramuda this is supposed to be a serious scene but that comment instantly made it hilarious nice job! The commentary really makes this video!
