  • Wow, what an amazing set of ear buds!
I've owned another set of Jabra workout earbuds for close to 5 years now (Active Elite 65T) and as much as I loved them (still do), I was thrilled to be able to try out the Elite 8 Active.
My initial impressions are very positive: It's all feels very premium - from the unboxing (sorry for the sideways video) to the sleek feel of the earbuds & the case itself. Both are smaller feel more sleek than the 65T - yet, there are substantial battery life improvements to be had here. The 65T featured a 5/15 hours battery life (single charge/total charge) vs the Elite 8 Active at 8/24 hours. The new case also features wireless charging & USB Type C (at this price point, it should!).
    The positives don't end there!
Using them has also been an absolute pleasure. They stayed inside my ears during a tough workout without having to adjust them. If your workout consists of anything other than a treadmill or bike, you'll love the fit on these. They also offer 2 other size ear tips to better fit most people.
Audio quality & ANC is top notch as well. Although I'm not an audiophile, I feel as though the sound quality sounds amazing. I'll listen to music while working out & podcasts during chores. It's all crystal clear & sounds great. ANC works really well too. By itself, it'll almost completely hush my gym's music. But when I play my own music (at a low volume, mind you), I couldn't hear the gym's music anymore. I was kinda stunned when I took my Elite 8 Active's out. I thought to myself, "Oh right, this gym does play its own music". Very impressed.
I've also taken conference calls, outside on a windy day, with these ear buds as well. No one on the call could tell I was walking outside.
Overall, if you're looking for a premium ear bud to work out in, stop looking & just buy these. I highly recommend these!
