WOW! Some people ARE SO STUPID! They BUY tickets, scratch THEM off, AND throw THEM away without checking THEM carefully! I can't tell you HOW MANY times I've found winning tickets in the trash. But I've found some GOOD ONES! My BIGGEST find WAS a $2.00 ticket on the ground with a $1000.00 WIN on it.

One day around 2017, 2018 I was walking down the street and I found a 20 dollar winner 10x the bet. $200.00 never probably will do that again and in December of this last year I was going through the trash and some business had thrown away a lot of tiny envelopes and I mean there were thousands of them. The first one that I looked in had $250.00 in it. So I grabbed the rest of them up in a hurry. All together $555.00 in the trash. I probably will never have any good days like that again.
Made me wonder so I took a bunch of thrown out tickets from the grocery store garbage. Total take--$105. I no longer think this is a joke. I'm in Washington State.
What type of places to find thrown away scratch offs alot of places here around Columbus Ohio have cameras and police will say something any hints get back

i normally get them out of the trash outside the door so people walking in and out throw them away!
