I agree. I am a Bengali from where Payel originally belonged, I must say, people from Kolkata are much more progressive ( in a good way). In laws are amazing , so are friends. Very non fussy

Don't use tap water to sterilize bottles. May be the residue is because of it. Use mineral or RO water.

Hey payal, in India the water is very hard thats why it is leaving white residue, i faced the same, but I switched to bisleri/RO water fr sterilizing n there was no residue
