This was such a timely message for me. I've been sick (spiritually) for the past few years and since praying earnestly at the beginning of the year for totally healing, I'm starting to see little by little the wound closing. Praise God for His healing power and His desire to want to make me whole but was waiting on me to invite Him in my heart.

I had a dream which I now understand is about the king of the north... and I believe Michael also appeared in the dream to fight him. It was connected to the coronavirus pandemic. Then why hasn't he helped me overcome my sin? I've confessed everything, hidden nothing, but still fall daily. This is why I gave up being a Christian. I never experienced any power/miracle over it. Praying and begging to him for hours daily with no results. Extremely discouraging. It starts to feel like I'm working for my victory. But I thought Jesus does it for you? His promises didn't fulfill. I claimed them, but the exact opposite happens. Why can't I experience this victory? No one can answer this for me. God? Silent as a rock.
Brother I struggled with the same problems. Repentance of sin means to turn away from sin! But if you have repented of your sin and are truly sorry for what you have done why do I continue to sin? Brother believe what god is telling you! you aren't under the law any more jesus defeated sin and conquered death for us all so we dont have to wrestle with the serpent any longer. All you have to do is believe that God himself died for you on that cross for the sin of the world. Remember what jesus said in the gospel of John "I will send you the comforter" comforter being the holy spirit. That holy spirit which is the spirit of Christ himself will guide your every step he will be a lamp under your feet as the bible says. So brother dont give up the good fight of faith keep praying to the father to help you and in his time according to his will he will show you exactly what you need at the exact time it was needed. He will never let you go because he loves you, but brother dont remain in your sin! The fear of the lord is to hate evil pride and a froward mouth as it say in proverbs. So brother ask for the holy spirit to reside in you and be born again and be transformed into the Royal priesthood washed with the precious blood of Christ in order for you to hate sin just the way god himself hates sin and trust me brother you will turn from sin over time as your heavenly father promises you according to his will. Brother I hope this message helps you in your walk with Christ and always remember to rejoice because our lord is coming soon and we ought to be ready to bow the knee. I understand what you are saying, as I too have struggled with the same problem. This is what I have learnt -the more I focus on sin and the problem, the more entangled and harder it becomes as I get discouraged and lose faith. When I ask Jesus to help me and then leave it -a deliberate choice to redirect my mind, not on the problem but on Jesus by praising Him, by reading His Word, by singing praises and mixing with people that love God -my mind is focused on Jesus and I can honestly tell you that there is 100% victory. The Bible says very clearly what you behold you become. Stop concentrating on sin, let Him deal with the problem, direct your focus on Jesus and praising Him. Believe His promises, He will 100% give you victory!!
Try not to focus on the "sin". The key is to focus on Christ, which means, just live the best way you know how according to what the Bible teaches. You are too focused on what the enemy is doing "your sin" and not on Christ. For example, I used to listen to secular music, watch certain types of movies etc... One day, it dawned on me that I don't even have the desire for those things. Actually, I can't tolerate certain movies etc...movies I would watch with no issue and now, I can't take even 5 minutes of it. I can't tell you when that transformation took place, all I know is that I once was blind, but now I see. God does the work, not you. The struggle is a spiritual one and depending how deep rooted it is (generational), it may require 3 days of water fasting... as the Bible says that "this kind can only come out through fasting and prayer" Some sins are demon controlled and can be a "strong hold" so it will require deliverance through prayer and fasting. Don't give up on God so easily. We don't understand God. We just need to trust Him. Stay encouraged my Friend. God's got your back!
