Does this unit have any sort of graphical USB interface for PC? Is there any software available that provides a larger format, more detailed, full-spectrum absorbance graph on a connected PC..? 🤔 Or, is the onboard LCD screen it..?
I have a Novaspec II device in my laboratory. but I don't know how to use it. When you plug the device into power and turn on the button, it says L fail on the screen. What should I do? Can you help me?
We used the Live Display program from the SPEC 200E Modern Interface Menu. I believe the SPEC 20 D+ Emulation program is similar but only displays two decimal places.
You may have already figured this out, but the "Education Model" only displays to 2 decimal places. This must be the "Industry Model" which goes to 3 decimal places.

Could you tell me how you got your Spectronic 200 unit to read 3 places after the decimal (0.000) for ABS? Thanks.

Is any difference in abs reading if we put aero side to left direction...??
No. As long as the cuvette was positioned the same way for the blank and solutions measurements, there should be no difference in absorbance readings.
Is there a need for pre warm up?
