Zoe stress will mess with your cycles! When I was your age with 3 kids I went 3 months finally made appt. for my doctor and woke up to start my day and my period came. Called and talked to my doctor and she asked me some questions and said stress was my problem. We did blood work and other test and I did have some other things but not would stop my periods. I would call your doctor just to get some blood work done.

Zoe about your period I have gone 5 months without a period your body can do that with stress or sleep deprivation etc I have 4 kids all 11 months apart so we have a 6,5,4,3 year old! And my husband and I are only 26 and 27 so trust me it’s normal! Just don’t stress yourself out. Us females are bodies have minds of their own it feels like sometimes!

I wasn't pregnant but late period becuase of the stress I was putting on myself to fall pregnant. In your last few vids you have mentioned your baking cause your stressed this could be why your late, our bodies are complex and magical things as women. Hope all is well x

I have never been on birth control never had a child period has always been regular on the dot and then I got Covid in June and I haven’t had my period since June and went to the doctor they say everything is okay but with some women when you you get Covid your period can take up to a year to come back normal. Scary as hell!

I spoke to my doctor about it, and everything came back normal, so I really have no idea what advice to give other than going to a doctor to see if there may be a reoccurring cause.
