Lebron is lazy and ineffective on Defence. AD covers a lot of holes and his effectiveness is not highlighted enough. As much as I respect Lebron’s greatness his reaction when the other team scores annoys TF out of me - as though they shouldn’t score whilst he is static and the cause of the lapses on the defensive end.
He reacts like an angry fan. Blaming teammates and showing dissatisfaction is bad for their confidence.
And he always follows the ball with his eyes and forgets about his man, and immediately goes to the rim to collect a rebound. On the other hand, his size deters many players from shooting over him and I think if he plays real defense he will be gassed up by the 4th quarter.
If he actually played defense, you would see guys blow past him like they did Melo.
LeBron cant stay in front of these guys. It's easier to look dissatisfied and put it on your non-stars, than to embarrass yourself getting blown by constantly

I don't think even with one or two years Sochan can develop into a distributer. He is a good defensive player. Court vision, reactions, and basketball IQ can be improved but not past an average point, there must be a natural talent to overcome that plateau.

If he isn't effective in other areas of the game of basketball then he doesn't deserve the title king or goat. Less talented athletes like Jimmy Butler is a great example of doing other things on the court that doesn't fill up the stat sheet. The harder Jimmy Butler plays in other avenues of the game of basketball, it's a higher chance his team wins. Scoring 20-30 points is just the cherry on top. LeBron's stats are empty and worth no value.

This is confusing. LeBron had a poor shooting night, but similar to many volume shooting guards like T-Mac or Kobe. The only difference is that Kobe would have shot more and subsequently have more points. Then, LeBron had 14 assists and only one turnover. Throw in another 7 rebounds, and two steals to boot. Thus, he scored like a shooting guard, rebounded like a small forward, distributed and stole the ball like a point guard. Yet, some commenter still thinks he did nothing? If a 7th pick rookie had that stat line on you favorite team, you'd be ecstatic.

You couldn't have used a less important game than Lakers - Jazz, the 2nd worst team in the league (LA), 2 teams that didn't make the playoffs, a superstar retiring so it wouldn't matter if he took 50 shots (could've been 70 for all they cared), everybody just getting ready for vacations.

This game shows the importance and impact Anthony Davis has on the Lakers defence and offence . The same team led by AD against spurs got the upper hand but We gotta accept that LeBron James is not in his athletic peak . AD Dlo and Cam are all important pieces for the Lakers. Good game BTW ❤️❤️

Hope Bronny is ok. I heard his shot got even better after his cardiac arrest. Not sure if he will be ready for NBA but Bron looked like he's got 5+ years left in his tank. Spurs just young and hungry to break that losing streak. Bron looked fantastic but the roster with Bron looked messy. They hustle and try, just not in synch. Prince was impressive. He had some mistakes but that dude is solid talent and hustles on defense. Austin Reaves was good but he has been logging lots of minutes recently and ran out of gas against young hustling Spurs starting to come together.
