Sam, if you had to guess how much would you say you have invested so far to get it to that stage as it sits in this video? You certainly haven't gone the cheep rout and it's looking killer. You also don't have to answer if you prefer not to.
We are definitely getting up there that’s for sure. It’s taken me almost 2 years to get to this point and I’ve got almost everything to make it run. If you see this, pick a number and I’ll say higher or lower🤪
@@youngandboosted I don't know how much you subbed out and how much is in house but I will assume a chassis shop for sure, the rest I will guess you and Pops handled. So my guess is $15,000
But that's just as is in the shop. No motor, trans, rear diff or electronics or the truck itself because I am guessing it's something you had since HS. (just joined your channel)
You are about right with how it sits at this exact moment. I bought that thing a little over 2 years ago to flip it. Ended up keeping it to build my dream racecar. Now I’ve had the Monte Carlo since I was 15!! We did a overhaul on that thing since I’ve had it but it’s still got the trans and rearend I bought it with. But that thing has had 3 different motors in it🤣
Were moo car and is it street legal if so is it for sale
It’s being rebuilt to be an all new unit!!
Hopefully it be done sometime in the next 5 years hahaha but everything’s for sale shoot a number haha
