- Finally a mental health book with cartoons! I consider this to be an amazing discovery on my 2022 reading list. This book was actually written by the TH-camr "Struthless." It's packed full of hilarious illustrations and pop culture analogies sure to leave you feeling much less empty than when you started reading it.

I used that mind-dump method when I was unhappy. I'd get a new notebook. Everyday I'd write a list of what I wanted. As the process continues, the less important things fall off. By the end of the week I'd have the core of my desires, then create a plan of action.
