I have just moved into an apartment with a Daikin VRV installed with 4 seperate low-profile outlets. Unfortunately, when in Heating mode, a gurgling noise is heard in all outlets regardless of whether they are being used or not. The supplier explained that the "heating coolant" needs to circulate through all lines, in all outlets, before returning to the main outside unit. Works ok in cooling and heating , just noisey. What a pain for a high-end product !

Refrigerant should not "run low" unless there is a leak, AC refrigerants lines are closed systems. Automatic recharge is intended for design changes such as adding an indoor unit.

Do you have a sort of splitter/Single point connection panel system/facility, if in case there is only a single electrical power point to an outdoor unit and daikin has ex. More than one outdoor unit as VRF outdoor?
Dear TH-cam user aap log galti se bhi Daikin ka ac purchase nhi krna, Daikin ki service bht kharab h, mene last two month phle he daikin ka ac purchase kra h or ume two month me he problem a gyi uski pcb two month me he kharab ho gyi or ab Daikin wale pcb replace krne me tym lga rhe hn two week se jiyda ho gya abi tk unhone mere inverter AC ki pcb replace nhi ki or meri complain ko delay kre ja rhe hn....... Aap me se koi meri help kr skta h to btaye mjhe kya krna chahiye?
I bought a new air conditioner from Turkey 3 months ago, brand new, the outdoor unit was leaking gas, the service said it was leaking gas, it will be changed, it was tested, it was reported to the headquarters, no one calls or asks, I'm still waiting, I'll probably run the air conditioner this winter, it's such an irresponsible, unserious company, and it's also a world brand.

Daikin offers great products and they are a great company. It's amazing where the mini split technology has gone. And cost has come way down.

Your installer let air in for sure. That sucks, it should be dead quiet. I'd evaluate it all and add all new refridgerant
