Falco had made with Robert Ponger his composer and accomplice of the beginnings , this very personal album " Data de Groove", which he believed a lot. He was going through a hard time and this album unfortunately was a flop. I love this album which I think has become cult since; it is so personal and creative. Ein toller Blick hinter die Kulissen wenn es Falco wahrscheinlich dennoch irgendwie genervt hat ist er locker geblieben. Beim Playback singt er manchmal obwohl seine Stimme gar nicht kommt - merkwürdig. Kannte er das Playback nicht oder sagte er einfach nur sowas dazu ?? Und gerade gut kam er leider nicht mit dem Song an
Yes. But Falco was just making a quick stop at the festival....Imagine what that could have done. He deserved better. But it was a very bad time for him since 1988... He created and produced this album "Data de Groove" with his accomplice of the beginnings the great composer Robert Ponger . It’s a very personal, original album that unfortunately made a big flop and this made him very unhappy. It would have been necessary, in my opinion, that he made an original gig in small room and specific to this album, to make him discover it rather than this lightning performance. Since then, this album has become cult. He must be happy to see it, from where he is... 🙏 . And I listen to it often. Hello from France🙋
