i am using same car for city drives. 125000 Km aayi.. not much complaints
Just make sure under body coating is done. Else rusting will happen due to our climate and fixing it can be costly.

Replace the fan , when you check it may work but during running it may not work in between , check coolant leak, radiator leak and block ,if not solved it may be due to engine diaphram hole
