    This was my first work out in about a month and I loved it. I'm 11 1/2 weeks with baby #4 and I finally don't feel like complete garbage and have the energy to work out. The past month was literal survival mode between working full time and taking care of the kids, and my dog lol and its so nice to feel like myself again! I dug out my 10 and went for it. Thanks for the mods, I have a new appreciation for them! This will be my second NML baby and I'm so grateful for all the work you guys do to make such effective workouts. Also excited to say that after 3 girls we're have a baby boy!

    I’m a 22 year old guy… I have zero guilty or shame form doing this workout that said for womans in the tittle and probably targeting moms, but I don’t care lol I absolutely get but kicked after this

    Love this workout. I also love the dialogue…as a working mom I find that if I don’t prioritize my wellbeing I am not able to enjoy my time with my kids and husband. Thank NML team for helping me be a better mom, wife, self

    “You get better with age”- yes! I’m 42, and lift with 20’s-30’s now, instead of 5’s-8’s! All thanks to your workouts and being consistent! I did many of your original workouts, but I gotta say, I love your current videos even more! You have only gotten better! 😊❤ Thank you for what you do!!

    So measuring gains, when I started this over a year ago I didn’t have the strength for a reverse table top stretch or holding a glute bridge. Proud to say I can do both now! And it’s only one but did my first toe push up today! Woot woot! Next week maybe two!

    A very spicy, holy bananas workout! Those 3 consecutive moves (lunge jumps right into side squats with bicep curls and then into squat jacks were killer on the heart 😅) I was so grateful for the time drops. Thanks for always pushing me to go harder!

    Any HIIT workouts with lunges humbles me so fast😅 I do so well on leg day with just weight training but make it a HIIT workout and my legs go to sleep less than 7 minutes in😅

    Killerrrr workout! Quick question though, if I’m not sore the next day from a workout does that mean I’m not using enough weight or doing the exercise right? Some days I’m sore and some days I’m not and I can’t figure out why. Thank you! 🫶🏻🙌🏻

    The warmups are still too fast for me. I warmup as best I can. these workouts are so tough and challenging but I always feel better after

    Right there with you Terren, I was 2nd guessing if I wanted HIIT today, but SO glad I did it! Love the time drop. The first round always makes me question if I can make it to the end, and I always do! But it sure is spicy.

    On fire 🔥! Loved the snatch + squat and single arm press, plus the lateral squats + curls!
    At one point during the first round, I thought “These 15s are feeling easy, maybe I can go up next round…” Then I looked down and realized I was holding 20s! Thank you for always pushing us to lift heavy! 💜

    Great workout girls! I used to be a stay-at-home mom. I homeschooled my three sons. And found time to work out everyday sometimes including them. Sometimes not. You can find the time. And I do want to say to you mom's out there. I know there can be times when you feel overwhelmed, but I just want to encourage you to embrace motherhood. It is only for a season. It does go by so fast. Live life with no regrets!!!!? ❤️

    So picture this. I work out in my basement and last night I promised my kids they could keep toys out because they had this very elaborate setup and they wanted to keep playing with it I promised I would just work around it and then today's workout was this one! So I was doing pushups and skull crushers surrounded by Lincoln logs. 😅

    Hey guys, I’ve been doing your workouts for about 2 months and I continue to have sciatic pain. I had it in high school and I’ve read that squats, lunges, bent over rows, and dead lifts make it worse. Would it be possible to make a full body workout that caters to lower back pain damage and the sciatic nerve?

    I don't understand I'm doing the training on this page for weeks and today it loads a video not yet published.. ?! I had 40 mins while baby sleeps and I'm losing it searching for my favorite training that I do every weeks to improve and it seems deleted.

    This was great! When I was finishing the 30 second round of burpees, I got a thumbs up from a random man next to me at the gym 😅 he goes “that’s the real deal”. Btw this his is not the first time a man has commented about how tough my workouts are - all thanks to yall!

    I really appreciate the vulnerability/acceptance about double leg lowers not being great for you anymore Lindsey. Sometimes things just are DIFFERENT after having kids, no matter what we do or try. And that's ok because our bodies are beautiful and amazing! I loved this workout. I'm the strongest I think I've ever been in my life at age 32 after 2 kids.
