This was my first work out in about a month and I loved it. I'm 11 1/2 weeks with baby #4 and I finally don't feel like complete garbage and have the energy to work out. The past month was literal survival mode between working full time and taking care of the kids, and my dog lol and its so nice to feel like myself again! I dug out my 10 and went for it. Thanks for the mods, I have a new appreciation for them! This will be my second NML baby and I'm so grateful for all the work you guys do to make such effective workouts. Also excited to say that after 3 girls we're have a baby boy!

So measuring gains, when I started this over a year ago I didn’t have the strength for a reverse table top stretch or holding a glute bridge. Proud to say I can do both now! And it’s only one but did my first toe push up today! Woot woot! Next week maybe two!

A very spicy, holy bananas workout! Those 3 consecutive moves (lunge jumps right into side squats with bicep curls and then into squat jacks were killer on the heart 😅) I was so grateful for the time drops. Thanks for always pushing me to go harder!

Great workout girls! I used to be a stay-at-home mom. I homeschooled my three sons. And found time to work out everyday sometimes including them. Sometimes not. You can find the time. And I do want to say to you mom's out there. I know there can be times when you feel overwhelmed, but I just want to encourage you to embrace motherhood. It is only for a season. It does go by so fast. Live life with no regrets!!!!? ❤️

I work out in my basement and last night I promised my kids they could keep toys out because they had this very elaborate setup and they wanted to keep playing with it I promised I would just work around it and then today's workout was this one! So I was doing pushups and skull crushers surrounded by Lincoln logs. 😅

I had it in high school and I’ve read that squats, lunges, bent over rows, and dead lifts make it worse. Would it be possible to make a full body workout that caters to lower back pain damage and the sciatic nerve?

I really appreciate the vulnerability/acceptance about double leg lowers not being great for you anymore Lindsey. Sometimes things just are DIFFERENT after having kids, no matter what we do or try. And that's ok because our bodies are beautiful and amazing! I loved this workout. I'm the strongest I think I've ever been in my life at age 32 after 2 kids.

I really appreciate the vulnerability/acceptance about double leg lowers not being great for you anymore Lindsey. Sometimes things just are DIFFERENT after having kids, no matter what we do or try. And that's ok because our bodies are beautiful and amazing! I loved this workout. I'm the strongest I think I've ever been in my life at age 32 after 2 kids.
