My childhood favorite sweets was strawberry fizzors and liquorice Allsorts I'm in my 30s and still buy them when I want something sweet and naughty but now I can blame it on my kids and still pretend I'm a adult lol. I don't really like chocolate but love peppermint crisps especially when I crush them up over ice cream. My family has been doing that with peppermint crisps for as long as I can remember. my grandfather was terrible for it as it was his favorite and us kids loved it when our grandmother wasn't home because he would bring out huge bowls of ice cream with heaps of peppermint crisps bits in it for us and himself as our grandmother didn't like him our us kids having that huge amount of sweets.
Hey guys I'm South African and I'm so happy you like our treats the Rooibos Tea is also medicinal ENJOY Much Love!!!
We make a tart with the peppermint crisp chocolate sprinkled on top. It is called - peppermint crisp tart, of course. Very creamy and delicious.

hahhahaaha they should have tasted the drinks as well, like the stoney's, pinenut, cola tonic, ginger beer, cream soda's, etc. that would have been cool
@@ylr9719 Yes. People always freak out when they see that our cream soda is green. I love to watch that every time
@@girlgreenivy what colour is cream soda supposed to be besides green?
Ekse lanie yall remember those chips that you barely find in shoprite but every corner store had it
Waaruit. Like jiggies
There's also twiggles and pop shots
Spookies Pele Pele
those fish chips... Kreols
Yes Kreols, nowadays when you do find them, the flavour is so strong it starts hurting your pallet......and another nice combo to try with salti crax is a bit of cream cheese with a dash of sweet chilli sauce and a "mossel" great to eat before a big nite out proper lining
and who could forget the biggest bag of "wind chips" that looked like a old army sack "balsak"
IF they loved the bar one chocolates... they are going to LOVE the bar one icecream.
My favourite! 🤤
😋
