  • This is a story I use to hear alllll the time growing up. Have you heard of the dogwood tree’s roll in the crucifixion?

I am almost 71 and my Daddy told me this story every Spring, EXACTLY like you said. In later years I bought the house next to my Mom and Dad. I had a pink tree and a shade of lavender. My Lord gave me such a precious gift. The two trees some how merged together with colors of each tree. God bless you all I'm looking forward to Easter 🐰

Well I see this was posted 2 years ago. I am an ohioan, A. Buckeye. I realize a lot of people think Ohioans are Southern like Kentucky and Tennessee. They don't understand that Ohio is its own people we're buckeyes we're not. You know it's the buckeye State rather, but we're our own people and but to get to the reason I'm saying this is because yes I have heard of the dogwood story and as a matter of fact one of my very good friends has a dogwood poem hanging in their kitchen with a picture of the dog with trees and it talks about Jesus being nailed to the dogwood tree as we know it was a tree and what they did not make across and hang across on there, but that's really neither here nor there. He did get nailed to the wood regardless so we know that. But yeah the reason why I look this up is because of his poem and I was wondering if the internet had anything to say about it and I found you on TH-cam so thank you for posting this. I'm happy. What a joy. ❤
