It might be made by Zebra for Daiso. They do private label. It's actually cheaper to buy the Muji gel pen refills as everyone knows they are actually private label zebra versions. Zebra charges more for the brand name refills sold directly by them vs the ones sold by Muji by a whole dollar. Muji is 1.00 a refill. Zebra wants 2.00. So I'm putting my money on that those pens are actually zebra private label versions made for Daiso
Personally I like using the zebra mildliners as journaling markers kinda I think they look simple, but I also think they kinda expensive and you could go use something else. (I guess it depends on the persons preference on what they want to use haha)
