Thanks for pointing out that there is a screw in the center under the small cover. I inserted an sd card but the port was not lined up and the card fell inside. I also use it for streaming. Win 10 runs slow with only 2 gig memory. I installed Linux Mint, and it runs much better.

I dropped mine and the top left of he keyboard lifts up and its hard to plug in the charger . Is normal .
