Can we take a moment to just...appreciate how good that last one was? That was the first time in this entire series where I felt genuinely terrified. The acting was so fricking real, from the characters sounding like a bunch of kids joking around while recording themselves, only for them to get mutilated and go from comical to crying in agony. The thing that got to me the most was how the camera kept going back, showing the other videos taken, showing their lives, families, how long they've lived for, the memories they've all shared, the ways they connected with one another, and overall how solid their bond truly was. And now all of those amazing memories those people shared were gone within nine minutes. That's what made this truly heartwrenching.

What made No Through Road so good was that it was mostly improvised. During an interview with the creator, Steven Chamberlain, Steven said the first part of them joking and laughing about was all real and one of them mentioned how creepy it would be if they were permanently stuck on that road, with somebody else in the car suggesting they film it, thus resulting in the inspiration for the killer. I’d seriously recommend the next few parts of it. It pretty much explains how the protagonists could put an end to the time loop that they’re stuck in but can’t due to constant self sabotage
The lore behind this is crazy too, how theres a copy of Steve that we see when the Steve that ran away from the killer in the car runs into him at the end of the video
Going back to No Through Road from binging SSS, this is the video that gave me deep chills for a long time, the tune was probably the only thing that raised it to where it stands as being one of the most craziest horror videos I've watched.
The “No Thorough Road” was giving me nightmares, no joke though I was sleeping with the lights on. I think I was 13 at the time. Literally the best horror video

In case anyone's wondering, the looping song playing in No Through Road is called My First Lover by Gillian Welch, and it was also used in The Strangers in a similar way (it also sounds significantly less creepy without all the effects and distortions, although I suppose the context of what it's been used in just made it creepy on its own.)

Bro, im not disturbed easily but No Through Road legit terrified me. How authentic it looked and the ambience they created with their joy to agony. Even the tune is enough that it's still stuck in my head. I even thought (idk if it was there or not) i heard stabbing noises near the end when the figure got close to the car. It was so scary bro, and i have an issue wuth nightmares and am still playing this. I have a problem.
no through road was CRAZY and that scary song that was playing on the radio gave me the creepiest vibes EVER. This is really a lesson to never explore places that your not supposed to go to because you never know whats gonna happen...😰

I remember watching No through road at a young age and every time I’ve watch it I always feel a sense of horror and panic type emotion. It’s just that my brain automatically thinks what would I do in that situation and then I just start getting the chills. It was made wonderfully.

No Thru Road is the real definition of horror. People would think something with demons and ghosts are the scariest types of videos but in reality it's the videos like this one that shows you how horrifying real life can be. Even though this still has some supernatural stuff in it, it still depicts reality because there has been multiple times this has happened. Not supernaturally but people have been killed while driving alone late at night.
No Through Road is easily my favorite horror short film of all time. It’s presentation just makes it all the more chilling to the core. There’s 3 more videos by the same creator that continues the story, so if you’re reading this, go check them out.

The last one scared me the most. The fact that it seemed so realistic of a group of friends being lost and a deranged killer unfortunately encountering them is disturbing. The part where the killer smashed one of the friend’s head in with the camera really messed me up.

That's why it is very dusty and as foe the levitation there is some sort of demon I think that takes new people. (The van is possessed and working without a driver, there haven't been a driver in the van)

The last one scared me the most. The fact that it seemed so realistic of a group of friends being lost and a deranged killer unfortunately encountering them is disturbing. The part where the killer smashed one of the friend’s head in with the camera really messed me up.
