  • How to make Baked Oatmeal with chocolate chips.
    Eggless, Gluten free & Sugar free Baked Oats with Banana and Chocolate Chips Recipe.
    Low Calorie Baked Oatmeal Recipe.
    This recipe serves 2, each has 150 caloriess (a total of 300 calories).You can reduce it to 120 calories (a total of 240 calories) by not adding chocolate chip.
    Ingredients:
    45g rolled oats (1/2 cup)
    1/2 banana
    Pinch of salt
    Cinnamon powder
    Vanilla powder or extract
    1 tbsp honey or any sweetener
    3g baking powder (1/2 tsp)
    85g milk or any vegan milk (1/3 cup)
    Dark chocolate chip
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-23 minutes

    This is a really good recipe! But I added up the calories and it's actually 315 calories. Super great though, good job!

      Protein powder is one way to do it. Or a nut butter of your choice. I suggest almond butter because it won't mess with the flavor too much. It blends in with desserts really well.

    I've made this a couple of times by now. It is my favorite baked oats recipe. Usually if I eat it as a healthy dessert I do half the portion like in the video and if I want it as a breakfast I do the whole portion. One thing about baked oats for me is that it tends to always not be sweet enough but this recipe is the perfect amount of sweetness. I made it this morning too and it's in the oven right now. I added some coconut flakes too so hopefully it will taste even better this time. Thank u for the recipe!

      just divide the measurements in half

    halfing this recipe without any banana..we'll see how it turns out....
    & i weighed out 43 grams of oats, but it sure as hell didn't look like 1/2 cup. i could be wrong.
    we'll see anyways lol.

      when i get a banana on my hands, im definitely remaking this as its supposed to be. It looks fucking yum, but its almost 1am, i have to wake up early tomorrow, im sad, i need a tasty snack.

      Hello, Yes you can! bake it in the microwave for 2 minutes and check it if needs more time, you can add an additional 30 seconds.
